= signs being inserted into rec'd emails.  Could Exchange server 2010 do this?
Windows Server 2010 R2, Exchange Server 2010 and use a Barracuda 100.I am not sure if this is the place to post, but most of our users are getting emails with an = sign being inserted in strange places. A couple of employees have even rec'd emails with = signs and with the writing having strike through lines in the whole body. Another had rec'd a csv file and there were = signs in that and somehow additional lines were inserted. The messagebody is in "Quoted-Printable" format, but the MIME type in the sectionheader may say something else. You'll have to take the Barracuda out of the mail flow to see if it'sthe cause of the problem. Or it could just be that the Barracuda andExchange are interpreting the message correctly and it was encodedwrongly at the sender.---Rich MatheisenMCSE+I, Exchange MVP--- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP

Thank you. I didn't mention that this is new install. It is happening to all employees, pc or mac. Happens to outlook, mac mail and entourage. Does not happen from all senders. Appears to be happening in OWA also. We will try your suggestion and also call Barracuda. Maurice
